Our Ethiopia Natural is a med-light roast sourced from smallholder farmers in the Sidama Zone — one of Ethiopia's most celebrated coffee-growing regions. Grown at high altitude on rich Nitisol soils, these indigenous heirloom cultivars are hand-sorted and dried on raised beds using a full natural process, allowing the fruit to develop deep, layered flavors that are truly one of a kind. This is specialty coffee at its finest — a cup that tells a story with every sip.
